Do your prices include duties and applicable taxes?

Import duties & taxes are not included in our rates. You will be responsible for import duties and taxes imposed by your home country.   We are not responsible for any delays associated with customs difficulties. Please consult your local customs office with any questions.

 

Is there any additional fuel surcharges?

Our rates include all shipping & handling fees and fuel surcharge.  

 

What is the Sign-up fee?

Sign-up fees are free for 2024!!

 

After signing up, how soon can I start using my new U.S. shipping address?

As soon as you receive a confirmation email from us,  you can use FORWARDINGKING.COM service.

 

Are there any items that PACKAGEFORWARDING.COM can’t ship?

Please visit Prohibited & Restricted item section.

 

If a Prohibited Item arrives in our warehouse??

we inform the account holder.  Please respond within 2 weeks.

 

What happens if the items are damaged in transit?

We purchase shipping insurance for every shipment.   When you receive the package, please check the items as soon as possible.   When you find the damage, please take a picture of the box and the contents and inform us ASAP.

You need to inform us within 5 days after receiving the package.  After 5 days, it is impossible to file insurance claim.

 

How much is the insurance fees??

Insurance fees are $1 for every $100 value.

 

What does insurance cover??

Insurance covers the damage and/or loss of your package during transit caused by shipping carriers.  If the outside box is nice and clean but the product inside is broken,  insurance will not cover the damage. It is considered poor packing.  

 

How do I file a insurance claim?

Please notify us ASAP.   Your will give you the instruction. (It is case by case thing)

 

Do you handle dangerous goods or hazardous materials?

Yes, we will ask associated company to handle dangerous goods and hazardous materials.  The fees are $120 or more per shipment.  It is depending on the quantity and material.

 

How do you declare my products?

The customer need to provide the proper value and qty and the description of the products they purchased. (we also check the invoice inside the boxes)  This can be done through the customer's Received Item List.    

 

How do I pay tax and duty? How much tax and duty will I need to pay?

Duties and taxes are determined by your home country. Please contact the carrier and your local customs office for more information.
